Leadership Certificate
Transition to Leadership
Our workshops, seminars, and certificate programs give nonprofit leaders and teams the skills, frameworks, and credentials to strengthen their organizations and deepen their impact.
The Leadership Certificate gives new and emerging supervisors a practical foundation for leading people — covering the mindsets, tools, and core skills that make the shift from individual contributor to manager a confident one.
Lead With Confidence From Day One
The move from individual contributor to supervisor is one of the most significant shifts in a nonprofit career — but often, one of the least supported. When new managers have the frameworks to communicate clearly, navigate conflict, and build high-functioning teams, their organizations feel it immediately: in culture, in productivity, and in the staff who choose to stay.
Three focused morning sessions build a practical leadership skill set across the full arc of new management — from self-awareness and team dynamics to performance management and goal-setting. Each session is designed to be immediately applicable, so you leave with tools you can use before your next team meeting.
