What You'll Learn

The program covers board governance, strategic planning, program evaluation, human resources, volunteer management, financial management, risk management and legal issues, fund development, and marketing.

Please note: You must attend all seven sessions within 18 months to obtain your certificate.

The Nonprofit Management Certificate Program consists of seven full-day sessions, providing in-depth instruction on the key components of nonprofit operations.

Through the cohort model, participants will develop comprehensive skills to effectively lead and manage successful nonprofit organizations, guided by our expert instructors and enriched through collaboration with fellow participants.
