Baileigh has over eight years of business operations experience working with small businesses and nonprofits in North and Central Texas. Since joining CNM in 2023, her role has grown into overseeing membership, community engagement, and operations. She ensures organizational effectiveness by coordinating cross-departmental initiatives, supporting program delivery, and driving the day-to-day systems that enable CNM’s continued growth and impact.

Baileigh thrives on creating systems and solving operational challenges through close collaboration with community-focused partners. She has a Bachelor of Science in Advertising and a Business Foundations Certificate from The University of Texas at Austin.
