Andrea joined the Center for Nonprofit Management as Chief Operating Officer (COO) in January 2026 with over 25 years of experience bridging organizations from vision to execution, driving business transformation, financial growth and operational  efficiencies. Previously, Andrea served as a Partner with Ernst & Young LLP in the Consulting practice, leading high-impact initiatives in the non-profit sector, mid-market, pre-IPO and Fortune 100, delivering measurable growth and value-driven solutions. As a growth market leader, she led regional efforts within the private equity sectors, as well as assisted with merger and acquisition readiness and stand-up. This resulted in her successfully securing and delivering on over $50M in new consulting revenues for the firm in change management, customer experience redesign, process improvement, strategy redesign, crisis management, data analytics, and system implementations. 

Andrea’s focus on organization growth and business development continued as a Fractional COO subsequent to her consulting career, where she assisted organizations on an interim basis. She assisted over 10 different, rapidly growing nonprofit organizations focused on the development of families, children and educational  programs, community groups and digital content; transforming functions within the organization, automating processes and providing recommendations to enhance operations. 

As a growth markets leader and community change agent in philanthropic ventures, Andrea also serves on local nonprofit boards continuing to support mission-driven initiatives to enhance business performance and  sustainability.
